Outeniqua Explore Trail Run

Extremeness: Technical single tracks & off-trail
Location: Outeniqua forest, George, South Africa

Riana and I (both injured) did a small shuffle this afternoon to explore two routes I spotted Saturday. The first route turned out to be a short link to an upper contour jeep track and the second route dropped 150m straight down... not the ideal way to capitalize on your altitude gain. Still, it was awesome to run in the beautiful Garden Route. Even in a time of drought these single tracks are beautifully green.
