This afternoon Riana and I went for a slow jog with Mia in the pram. We ran from our house to the Eersterivier (aka First River) and followed the single track next to the river. It was great to see the river flowing much stronger after the rain and snow this morning. The wind was fairly nippy, but it was great to be outside.
