This afternoon I did an awesome trail with Riana in my home town, George. We ran from my parents house and found a closed gate 1km in. We decided to explore a new single track or two and then found ourselves on familiar trails. Unfortunately my dreaded Achilles injury is making a comeback so we had to keep it short.
