This morning four of us headed off on our run behind Lion's head with Henk leading the way on this beautiful contour single track. As we came around Lion's Head we were greeted by a beautiful Cape Town sunrise. We then headed for a scenic detour to Signal Hill and finally paced around the front of Lion's Head to finish our extreme jog. Not a bad way to start tough day at work...
