During the extreme jog today I was overwhelmed by the beautify of Jonkershoek. We did the standard Western Loop, which include part of the Swartboskloof and Sosyskloof hiking routes as well as the Fire Hut route. I felt strong during most of the run... must be getting fit. What an awesome run!
