Today we did the regular Newlands Forest run, with two new potential extreme joggers from the office! We could feel the winter chill in the air - soon we will have to bring our head lamps to the run. We started the jog at a chilled pace climbing Plumb Putting Hill and then nicely picked up speed  towards the end!
