Joggers: The Roux's!

On Saturday morning we went for a family extreme jog in Helderberg Nature reserve. The uphill was tough, given that we pushed our 14kg son. After about 2.5km we stopped to admire the view and show Adriaan the single track that I will run with him one day. We then went down breaking the extreme-jog-jeep-track-pram-speed record - hitting speeds of 4:30 min/km.
