This morning we ran from Eco forest in Paradyskloof to Dornier Wine Farm, via Mont Marie. This was my first time linking the three sections together. This is a fairly tough up and down route, but the scenery is awesome. Specifically the Dornier single tracks, they are insane! Just a pity my legs were jelly by the time I got to them.
