Today was our first day on the farm this holiday - back where Extreme Jogging started exactly four years ago! I did the classic Arendskop run. Running past the dam and exploring a new route up Arendskop. I then went through the hole they call "Jaco-se-gat" (aka Jaco's hole/ass) and picked up the pace on the way back. Warm, beautiful and tough... it is epic to be back!
