On the public holiday we went for a quick (but tough) run in Paradyskloof. We started at Deryck's house, which meant that we started our jog with a massive, but luckily short, climb. We headed all the way down towards the gate and them climb to the upper South corner of the forest. From here we took what use to be our regular Friday run and then turned downwards towards Deryck's house again.
