After about two years since Christiaan and I did this route, it was time for the "Jaco-se-gat" aka Jaco's hole (or directly from Afrikaans: Jaco's ass) trail run. The trail starts with the Arendskop trail run and then heads directly towards Arendskop (Eagles Head) for a tough climb. I took a breather at the top of Arendskop and then headed for Jaco-se-gat. After squeezing through the tight hole, I was on the plateau again and headed homewards.
