Today we did the regular Friday run, which had a nice fresh feel after the first autumn rains. This was Pottie's last trail run before leaving on their four month Americas trip and we jogged as many single tracks as possible. We started up the usual single track towards the abandoned house and then continued with the less-jogged technical single track above the house moving up towards the highest contour path at the foot of Stellenbosch mountain. From there on we followed the regular route... now we just need to convince the regular hard-core extreme joggers that a little rain can not kill them!
