On today's regular Friday run in Paradyskloof we ventured into the dreaded swamp. I did not expect the typical swampy muddiness given the recent summer heat-waves... so I was surprised to come out on the other side with wet shoes. For the remainder of the trail we followed our typical Friday route, clock-wise. However, about 1.5km before the gate we found a new single track and was, obviously, forced to jog down as fast as we could.
