This afternoon I did a chilled recovery run on the beach. I ran from my apartment, to the beach, and then headed in the direction of Black River. It was great to see our room at Pearly Bay Hotel we stayed in 5 years ago! I turned around at a jetty about 4km into the run and semi-struggled on the way back.
