This morning I decided to run a few long forgotten tracks above Coetzenburg. As I've been running the last couple of weeks I noticed a number of old single tracks in Coetzenburg. This morning I explored two of them. My loop ended up to be just over 5km of very technical single track. Now with my illness subsiding I can get back into proper running.
