After months of struggling with the Achilles I've decided to go back to the denial phase and ignore the injury! This morning I did a regular Saturday morning Jonkershoek run with Deryck and it felt great. We did the 10k loop with some single track on the way back. Damn, I've missed Jonkershoek!
