Yeah! A change in strategy... the injury is persisting and I am changing my route. I've decided to do some altitude for fun and just ran up to the next contour above Coetzenburg. Nothing to write back home about, but a change is as good as a holiday they say! It was good to pick up the pace on the downhill as I came back.
