Today I did the same route - limited altitude and 5.5km only. I bumped into a good friend of mine, who I have not seen in ages, and it was well worth it to stop for about 7min to chat. At 5km I ran into two more friends. I think the universe was trying to tell me something... take it easy! It is so tough to take it easy and stay away from the mountains... for now, I resist. ;)
