This morning I decided to keep the route flat and added some distance to my run. Unfortunately I was still nursing "the injury that cannot be named" (Achilles). I took it slow and just enjoyed spending time on the legs. I started with the Coetzenburg jeep track, connect to the Experimental Farm and then came back on the other side of the Eersterivier.
