Today was my first day back on the trail after 2.5 weeks of the worst mad cow/bird/swine/man flu and bronchitis I ever had! It was really awesome to be back on my standard Coetzenburg trail. It was definitely the most I have ever struggled on this route - seems that I will have to start from scratch with the fitness. Bring it on!
