This afternoon I got back on the trail to start doing some altitude in preparation of the Helderberg Mountain Challenge. I did not have a lot of time so started on my standard Coetzenburg route, past the hut ruin and up the Stellenbosch Mountain hiking trail. I could still feel the stiffness of the Jonkershoek Mountain Challenge, but it as awesome to gain some altitude which comes with an awesome view.
