Once upon a time, before trail running, before Parkour, we hiked up various mountains in South Africa and ran down like crazy people… we called it Extreme Jogging. This blog is a tribute to the good old days, friends & family, my Creator and everybody that love running in nature!
Since we did not run for about a week, we decided to take it easy for this extreme jog. We started with the lowest Eastern contour jeep track and joined up with the Jonkers loop, jogging back towards the gate. We then jogged the single track in between the two Jonkers loop tracks and also did the Tedea MTB trail. We then turned back to complete a full normal Jonkers loop. By the end of the run my legs were jelly... no pain no gain!
