This was my first run with Deryck in ages. It was great to get back to the standard Saturday "long" run routine. Unfortunately a long run at this stage is only 10km. Deryck showed me a few newly built single tracks. We started at the Eco Valley gate in Paradyskloof, ran all the way to Mont Marie wine farm and back. Awesome run!
