This morning Alistair and I headed out for a very chilled trail run on the contour around Lion's Head. After being sick the whole week, I just wanted to loosen up the legs. It was fairly misty and more slippery than expected. Alistair took a spectacular tumble. Al, keep the ice on that knee, we need it solid for when we do Palmiet this weekend!
