Newlands Forest 8km Trail Run

Location: Newlands Forest, Cape Town, South Africa

On Tuesday morning we did a shorter 8km extreme jog in Newlands forest. We added a new single track to the start of our run, but turned back on the same route after reaching the lookout point below the block house. The weather was sunny and Cape Town absolutely beautiful at 6:30 in the morning!
