Today I went for my first run with minimalistic shoes. I decided to do the clever thing and ease myself into running with them. My first 4km with the shoes were freaken awesome! They are super light and comfortable and provides enough protection to run gravel road. I still need to see how they do on the tougher technical single tracks of Jonkershoek.
