Joggers: Gary Byrne, Brett Wood, the other mad runners & me
Today I had the massive privilege to extreme jog with the Table Mountain Challenge (TMC) Mad Runners. These guys are all machines as is doing the full 37km TMC route 7 times, over 7 days, to change the lives of 7 children (or more) needing facial surgery. If you guys want to donate you can find more info here: http://madrun.co.za/
Four guys from wiGroup joined these guys during different legs of the race to show our support. We started at Constantia Nek and headed to the back of Table Mountain. We climbed Llandudno Ravine, ran over 8 little hills on table mountain and then descended down Kasteelspoort to the Pipe Track. What a beautiful run on one of the (modern) 7 wonders of the world!
