On Saturday morning Deryck and I did a standard Jonkers Eastern Loop. We started with 3 sections of Canary and then headed North on the contour jeep track. We picked up the pace nicely coming down and completed the route in good time. Thank you Deryck for the photo - I broke the zip on my hydro-pack, so was running without my camera and phone.
