This morning I had the privilege to extreme jog with my wife. The sky was fairly gloomy given the number of fires around Cape Town recently. We started on the route that runs next to the Erinvale Golf Estate fence. We then joined the Yellow hiking route, crossed over with the Black hiking route and then took the single track all the way down to the dam at the bottom of Helderberg Nature Reserve. We finished our jog on the wooden pathways of the reserve.
