For extreme jog number 100 I took two new prospective extreme (aka crazy) joggers out for a run. We started with the steady climb through the forest where we lost Chris. After admiring the view at the 4km pit stop we climbed towards the block house and then linked to the highest contour route in the area - jogging back in the direction Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.
