This afternoon I decided to keep the legs going and went for a chilled 6km towards the Stellenbosch Mountain mast. I ran into one of my favourite power trail couples... Simon & Jana de Waal! After a chat I only ran to 3km from my house and then turned around. Enough is enough after a tough Monday at work.
