On Wednesday afternoon after an awesome day of leadership development (and constant snacking) I decided to head up the mountain behind St James. My ankle is still fragile so I speed-hiked most of the way, with some extreme jogging where possible. I explore a few amazing technical single tracks and loved the view of False Bay. It is a pity my ankle did not allow me to run further.
