This Saturday I had the massive privilege of running in natural "Knysna" forest with my wife. We ran from our beautiful tent for the weekend - the breakaway spot for our 10th anniversary. The route was massively technical and terrible for dodgy ankles. I took it very easy and my ankle survived the run. It was awesome to be back on the trails.
