This morning I decided to stretch the legs (read injured Achilles) a little and do a longer run. It was proper winter weather which opened up towards the end of my run. I connected my standard Coetzenburg loop to a Paradyskloof loop. The injury bugged me for a number of kilometers, but it was awesome to push myself a bit on technical terrain.
