This afternoon I did a quick 5km Coetzenburg loop. I completely forgot to start my TomTom and only realized this about 500m into my run. No harm done... I was moving slowly anyway. I climbed to the first section of the Stellenbosch Mountain hiking trail and then descended with a bit of pace. I ran all the way to the park behind my house to meet up with the family.
