This Saturday we did a fairly chilled run. Deryck's dad joined us for the first section of the Canary. We then did two more sections and completed our standard Eastern Loop. I suffered more than expected, given the freakishly warm the last week. We had fun non the less... if it doesn't kill you it only makes you stronger!
