Yesterday I had the huge privilege of running with my son. We both loved it and I cannot wait for him to actually run with me. We started from our house and did the standard Coetzenburg loop.

Awesome Jaco! My son is only 4 weeks. So still a long way to go before we can do the same, but its on the radar! Hopefully by the time his able to run with me we will be back in Cape Town and be able to enjoy the beautiful Stellenbosch mountains together. Its really great seeing fathers getting out and about with their sons! it sets a great example for them.
