Paradyskloof Ten Trail Run

So this was our tenth regular Paradyskloof jog recorded on the extreme jogging blog! However, we have done more that 30 regular Friday Paradyskloof jogs over the last year. After the rain the trail was very wet and we started with our normal route moving up towards the empty house. We jogged the contour route and on our way back took the first and steepest downhill track. We turned down the single track next to the dam and also jogged a new single track  in the lowest part of the Paradyskloof nature area. The jog was beautiful, refreshing, 60% single track and is only 3km from our work... what a privilege to have this as our Friday-regular!
