This afternoon I started hiking with the family and then cranked out a quick 6km run. I started at Coetzenburg and climbed to the top contour of Paradyskloof. I then did a quick loop back to the top of G-spot and back to Coetzenburg. A great route to keep the legs loose after the tougher run yesterday.
